๏ So little asked, life flows on
from day to night
sleep and wake, wake and sleep.
๏ Passing from night to day
awake from dreams
awakening to truth, awakening to self.
๏ Deep in night, driven on
causes turn into results
sometimes, someone, somewhere.
๏ Answers answering questions
Yes or No
life passes, comes and goes.
๏ Nature, life, ordinary
impermanent, ever changing
suffering, not self, all is empty.
๏ Clinging, holding, then fading
you, me, all of us
define death as the final end.
๏ Life of all beings arranged
a fragile line divides
breath gone, farewell.
๏ You, they, we, I, right here
natural, ordinary
dhamma, aspiration, ultimate truth.
